This is normal. The more efficient that your engine is, the more suseptable it is to this. Now, it shouldn't have a HUGE freaking CLOUD around you which engulfs not only your truck, but the others around you as well for a 3 car radius. In that case, it is likely a leaking head gasket. Have you checked the radiator water level?
