na. sealer is not meant to be the top coat, it does not have the u.v. protectors in it like a clear coat or a single stage paint, although you can put in an additive in the paint sometimes i believe, and it is really really not cleanable, ( although a matte finish does not clean up very easy ) it you go to wash sealer you will actually be able to see a change in the color,. especially on black, it will turn almost a dark grey.
