Define your power goals before you start. Things can get out of hand quick!

In my opinion you should take a good look at AD Performance or Fordstrokers.com for your 347. If going with a good block, why limit to only 347?
Total Engine Airflow for your TW heads. You could sell your TW heads on the corral and buy new 205 heads with the proper springs for your application. Or send your heads to TEA and have them cnc them. With enough boost you could run deep in the 9's with the heads you have.
60's are high impedence(sp?) and the factory ecu will run them but you will need a tune/chip. It is when you get into the low impedence injectors that you need a driver with the stock ecu.
Glenn's Performance makes some nice fuel system stuff.
How much power are you wanting to make?
