If your going to have the car professionally tuned, 60lb injectors are the way to go, hands down. They will support the power you will likely make, and don't have any downsides.
FYI, Ford Racing now offers an 80lb injector for a reasonable price. I don't have any experience with them yet, so I can't say much about them, other than they are available.
