You continue to fire until you are sure the target is incapacitated or you empty the gun. Im pretty sure if you take a clip full of 10mm rounds the only paper you will get is the coroners report.
Im with him. If I shoot you, I am going to make sure it worth my time and the money I spent on the ammo. Trust me the only paper you and your family is going to get is indeed a Coroners Report, Death Certificate, and a Toe Tag. So, you want paper. Come get it!
