Step 1: Select Polygon Lasso


Step 2: Lasso the house hold ALT and lasso to subtract from the section to remove windows and such.


Step 3: Create layer from Copy, CRTL click the layer it will select it.


Step 4: Color the layer desired color


Step 5: Using layer blending COLOR
