A turbo timer keeps your engine running for a specified period of time to allow oil to flow through the turbo to cool it.

It is better than sitting in your car with the keys in the ignition and waiting. Some people say they help and some say it is a waste of money.. It seems like a valid reason to me and I would rather be safe then sorry.

The Greddy Profec B is a electronic boost controller and has nothing to do with the turbo timer. It allows you to control HI/LOW boost settings from inside the vehicle. Hondata is fuel/engine management and does not have anything to do with the turbo timer either.
