I was actually referring to correctly mapping it out, using the engines air consumption chart, and the flow map to the turbos.

A pair of regular T28s would be a bit on the small side. GT2860RS's would be decent, but like I said a pair of 3071's puts it in good on the map from 6-20 psi. Turbine a/r will get him the bottom end or top end power.
