You say you're on a limited budget, and you want to twin charge a 150HP (This is assuming no power has been lost over the years) Chrysler New Yorker with a power goal of 1300HP. And it wouldn't be at the rear tires, mind you; It would be at the front wheel, one. Add to that you want to sawzall it into a convertable.
