I too am curious as to why we're using the terms "escalade" and 0 to 60" in the same sentence. Those cars were built for soccer moms, not race tracks.

Also, wouldn't you expect an SUV with >250 HP, a v8, and 24 seats to take a longer time to slow down? Granted that the braking system could be improved, I searched online and found no records of this (brakes catching fire, glowing) happening.
