I'd put a defshared_user on the one behind the blinds or even shoot the light from out side in so the glass could act like a defshared_user then at the same time you'd also get a really nice look with the blinds if you opened them up a little more.

the 430exII I'd have put a reflector to the far right out of frame so you could catch some spill and give it a nice fill light on subject, the light looks really hard for the edge how ever I love the edge you got but then again you begin to blow out above the chair, if you can fix that then you'd have 100% nailed it.
