Saturday night on my way home from work Im sitting at a red light and a new LS1 Corvette(yellow with factory chrome wheels) pulls up next to me. The light turns green and we start rolling hes about 1/2 car in front of me and I figure what the hell so I jump on it in first VTEC kicks on and my car is really loud he hears my car and he jumps on it immeadately after me. In first were dead even. I put it in second upon hitting 8100 rpms spin my tires a bit and still pull about a door length on him! I go into third and get a tad bit more. After third gear he hit his brakes and turned off. I know that if we had kept going he would have beat me but he let off before me I know he was scratching his head all the way home wondering what just happened. To bad he turned off I wanted to see the look on his face.
