I think the feedback from Ken/Enjuku is very valuable. No returns in 1200 units is very good for just about any performance part. Despite the personal bias that some might have, I think we're really lucky to have a shop like Enjuku that keeps track of these things and puts effort into research.
I think the longest continuously used arms I've seen were the JIC set on SCC's old Project Silvia. That was 2002 when they put them on and Dave just rechecked them recently to find that they're still tight and noise/play free. Not bad for an unsealed heim!
One last related thought, I've used "Def's RSB" which are the spherical bearings you press into the uprights. Once you go full heim, they're an incredible upgrade to finish it all off. The bearings are very durable, and the significant reduction in suspension bind is easily felt in the driver's seat.
that car also sat ALOT.
keep in mind, my jic arms are the ones off of the original enjuku drag car turned drift car turned adams turned matts car, still in perfect shape.
i have jic rear uppers, and rear toe, and spl tc rods. no complaints about any, but jic are so fucking expensive theres no way id recommend them.
im not really sure what to recommend for cheap stuff, but i can say definitely not megan. the arms are terrible to adjust, and the threads are too fine, making it take forever.
maybe look into something like isis, orangetree (if thats still around) or something similara and look into upgrading the heim joints.
or do the spc arms like chris, those are decently priced and seem to be better quality than a more expensive "cheap" heim joint arm.
other suggestion is only buy what you need.
ruca and rear toe are pretty much mandatory i think, tc you could get away with a bushing insert, and traction isnt neccassary either.
buy 2 neccassary arms for the same price as those two and 4 more you dont need. you know?
