Most people probably crash, or sell their crap off long before it would be return time, they would also not take something back for a return, thats just a worn out rod end, the main problem is that the ends are garbage, when you factor $30-40 or so each, for a quality replacement, the price difference in them and lesser quality stuff shrinks, I suppose if i had to choose something else, it would probably be cusco ? and used ?

Pretty sure that puts you back at the metric rod end thing.
