I built this engine a couple of years ago and put about 2000 miles on it. Motor has been sitting for over a year now and it is time to get rid of it. This is my personal motor and I built it to make a reliable 450ish whp and be capable of daily driving. Motor is fully assembled and I will not part it out at this time.
Block:
-b18c5 ITR block bought brand new from Acura somewhere around 2000.
-ITR crank that was micropolished.
-Eagle rods with 3/8" rod bolts (the good ones)
-Wiseco 81.5mm pistons, roughly 8.8:1 compression
-New ITR water and oil pumps were installed at time of build
-Piston to wall was set at 0.0030" which is good for the power levels motor was built for and to be a quite motor for daily driving. If the motor is to be used for more power, the block should be bored/honed for more piston to wall.
-Rod bearings are ACL and were set to between 0.0015 to 0.0017" clearance.
-OEM main bearings were used and set to 0.0015" for 1,2,4,5 and 0.0020" for #3 main.
-Top ring set at 0.020", second ring at 0.022".
-OEM head gasket.
-ARP head studs
Head:
-94 or 95 gsr head with stock ports, valves and valve job.
-Supertech springs and retainers with new oem valve seals and retainer locks.
-ITR intake cam, GSR exhaust cam.
-Jun adjustable cam gears
-Valve cover has been cut for cam gear access and also has (4) -10 bungs welded in for a catch can setup. I might be able to throw in a stock valve cover also.
Extra's: that will be included
-OBD1 distributor and oem plug wires
-STR sheet metal intake manifold. One runner has cracked and should be rewelded. One throttle body mounting hole needs to be helicoiled. I epoxied the cracked runner and ran it the way it was and did not have any problems though.
-Oem throttlebody and idle control valve.
Does not include:
-Fuel injectors
-fuel rail
-alternator (lent it to a friend and never got it back)
-engine harness
Price is $2000 obo.
