Nothing wrong with NAPA part. The only part I would buy from dealer is the OEM clutch cable. 'MOST' everything else is just fine through any of the parts stores. IAC can be cleaned,.. but usually when their gunked up bad enough its best to just buy a new one. Dealers get their parts from the same distributors most of the time. But if you can afford dealer prices,.. then by all means.
I would replace your PCV valve and check the grommet around the PCV also. Odds are that there is your culprit for the IAC getting as gunked up as it is. Regular oil changes also helps to minimize it as well. Else if your motor is tired and getting a lot of blow by then you'll just have to deal with it until its time to do a rebuild on the engine.
