12's in a little ol CRX with a B16a should be easy if it's done right. I would recommend larger injectors (580cc), a T3/T04E (Precision SC50, Precision SC34), an exhaust manifold (Inline Pro or SFP), 2.5" to 3.0" downpipe (Secret Services), wastegate (TiAL 38mm), blowoff valve (HKS SSQV or TiAL), cross member (Jim Fab), drag radials (BFG), management (Hondata tuned by Secret Services), fuel pump (Walbro 255lph hp) and some other stuff. That would put you in the 12's without a doubt on a stock bottom end in the little ol CRX.
