Hmm I mean I had jumper cables on the car and everything so the battery is good and the voltage is reading fine. I took the screwdriver and touched both posts on the pictured solenoid. It is sounding more and more like either a bad solenoid or starter based on what your teaching me and troubleshooting everything.
