No it has the Taurus electric fan swap and there is a switch inside the car to flip it on or off while driving.
What I was trying to say the way it was on the opposite post as the positive battery cable, that post is hot only while your turning the key to start, as soon as you let off the key, that post is de-energized so the starter will stop turning
