400 is a ok price if it has compression test pics.
i picked up a 96 ka motor and 5 speed trans for 350 it was a perfect motor.
so try and comp test it you will get ur money out of it trust me
I def would if i could but like i said i dont have a compression tester. sorry :/
i know its good and OF COURSE you are more than welcome to bring your own and test it out.
