With that being said let me finish by reminding you that by Florida law you are required to stop at a crash and exchange driver and vehicle information, insurance is not required unless the Police conduct the crash investigation. So what you are saying is that if you had hit a car as opposed to someone that is homeless you think, it would have been different. I have a problem with this, I am a cop and that is the same kind of crap too many young privledged kids have. They tend to think they are above people based on status. I put myself through life, so I can this and not think twice. You committed a crime and are joking about it. I hope you have better sense and judgement in the future, and maybe a little more common consideration for the common person.
I won't lie, I get annoyed at the people standing on the interstate with signs asking for money. However you are not required to give them money, and when they ask me I ask if they have ID and if they say yes I tell them where the Day Labor place is located. So young driver, remember that the don't walk signs do not apply to a bicycle on the roadway in traffic. How about this one 316.121(1) failure to yeild to vehicle already in the intersection. That is what you did, there is no excuse or further explaination to be given then the hit and run. I hope in person you make more sense than this and have more pride, because you have shown none here and only shown that you are irresponsible, immature, and a criminal.
