Transplanting a B18C/C5 motor into your Integra is the best thing you could possibly do, affordably and naturally aspirated. Second best option would be a B18C1. I would highly recommend you swap in at least a GSR/B18C1 transmission while you're at it. Don't rebuild the LS motor unless you plan to go the forced induction route.
