I finally hosed down my shit, and I think I found the leak. I'm pretty sure the problem is the oil pan seal. But that leaves me wondering about how the shit is getting on the inside of my passenger-side tire. My theory is that the oil is dripping onto the alternator belt, and it's flinging the shit in the tire's direction. That would actually explain a lot. Not just the inner tire.

The only reason I have for doubting this scenario is the fact that I haven't found oil on the belt itself. I'll have to take a closer look.
