they bitch about their taxes becaus eseveral years ago the Canadian medical program went tits up, broke, done and over, amen. It ran out of money about October and only emergencies were handled until their legislature could fix it by rewriting the rules (limiting docotrs and visits and increasing taxes) the exact same thing that will happen here.
