Epstein is right, I was pretty much agreeing with him already and after doing the math he is obviously correct. As I stated, when I looked into this I was "told" it was less swept area due to the pad not fitting completely...
Over all, I still don't really love this set up compared to the Evo/STI set up, but it does seem to be better than just the stock Z set up. If I found the brackets cheapo I would do it after all...but more so to fill up the gap under my rims than the actual performance increase..
Yes,Hits/AB's... and Walks do NOT count as an "At Bat" but it does count as a plate appearance.
Slugging is total bases / AB's (TB not including walks)
ie. if you walk, hit a double, a triple and a HR in 4 plate appearances in a game, you would have three AB's & your Slugging %= 2+3+4/3
