Screwed compressor wheel $150
Fixing comp housing or replacing $100-150
Not to mention the exhaust wheel possibly being damaged to match the compresor.
Replacement turbo $500-600, bite the bullet and replace it.
Basically that. Once things start making contact that aren't supposed to, it gets expensive. Not to mention that it needs to be rebalanced once you replace the wheel.
