haha scott, i was going under the impression of wasting energy and heat seak potential of the intercooler by flowing hot air by it between shifts in a large amount, which would in turn heat up the intercooler more than if it was vented between shifts much before the intercooler, this way between shifts
the intercooler would be cooling more because less air was going by it, more of a recouperation period for the heat sink between shifts so taht more air is cooled easier during the actual time it needs flow and cooling, which is when you're in gear and in it
