Yeah that is an ls dizzy. All b series vtec distributors have the same bolt patterns and match perfectly. You can run on the one bolt if you have to but it will tend to leak a little. You can slow it down with a new o-ring. The internals from the ls dizzy will fit nicely into a b16a1 dizzy. If all that was bad on the b16a1 dizzy was the igniter or coil those can even be sourced from single cam distributor. There are ways to switch over the shaft and bearings but I've never tried it.
