Exactly, assuming it's popping when I'll bet it is the pop stopper would be used hold the HU on for a second allowing the amp to turn off first, but the amp's turn on lead will need to be take off of that LOC.....the signal sensing LOC is going to hold the amp on for a few seconds after everything else is off. It delays because you wouldn't want your amp switching off between tracks, or during a break in the music.
