so wait... wasnt it originally a 22 psi spike? I thought thats what you said when you were on the phone, askin for help... and telling us that you broken down at Imperial.

IIRC, your T3 had a 7psi actuator on the internal gate right? and a 2psi drop thru that FMIC.

And you were running the Profec B right?

im just trying to think... On Kelly's car (the one that walked you at only 14 psi ), it still has the stock turbo and 9psi actuator... the Profec B on Hi boost, cranked all the way up, only allows it to get up to 22 psi, on a COLD day. On Sean's car w/ the 50 Trim, the 14psi actuator and the SAME EBC... his would hit 29 on cold weather.

So, i guess what im getting at is... if you DID happen to run 26 psi (Thanks George ) you might want to check out your actuator... that might be busted and not pulling the WG open.

Oh, and if there was a boost spike, that means that there wasnt enough fuel to support that much airflow, so its most likely the breakage was caused by detonation... not the sheer amount of HP. If the car was STILL runnin super duper mega-happy rich w/ the boost spike, then its just a matter of not having enough octane... cuz a car will still detonate regardless of how rich it is if there isnt enough octane to support the airflow.

Oh, and you probably bent at least 2 valves. the same thing happend on Kelly's car, and the piston went up to the top of the bore, got bounced back down to the bottom when it ricocheted off the intake valves (and bent them).

Oh sorry, my finger slipped, i didnt mean to insert that
