Most likely it is the master control in the drivers door. I think you can grab one used for really cheap. I would say best thing to do first is find a working one and test yours by swapping it out with a known working one. I am sure someone at a meet or on here might have an extra one they would be willing to let you try out for a few minutes to see if it is the problem. The reason I say do this first, is one electronic switch in the driver's door normally are the cause of the a lot of problems. Since all the of the window controls route through it. Plus it is an easy test as opposed to the "regulator".
