YOu should have no major problems fitting those at all, you should use ajustable rear uppper control arm...

I'm currently getting my new set of wheels to fit, they are Gulf Stich 18x10.5 -1 (front) 18x12.5 -12 (rear) wheels (5 inch lip all the way around)

These are taking some fitment time.
