why do you think you need 5.71s? 5.29 is all you will ever need....if you need more gear open up your case or go double. If you do decide to change gears, youll need the ring and pinion and it would be a good idea to buy a rebuild kit and solid spacers for the third too.
btw, i saw your truck on cl. hows it run.
Its runs good. I think the carb could be tuned. Im going hunting this Sat. and wont have to worry about getting stuck
Its reaaly fun to drive. My little Girls love it. They thought it was great to go in a Ditch and sling mud before school the other day. I got worried when I was forced to use 4x4. It was advertized as a Mud truck and thats what it looks like untill I fix it up a little.
