dizzy is distributer and no it's not ported or polished it was ran on a stock b16 block the only reason it's coming with the itr cams is because i sold the stock b16 cams that was in it and i really have no use for the itrs.. either way you're getting a pretty decent deal itr cams go for 250 all day plus the head and i know last year everyone was dying for a b16 head soo someone pick this up from me... also i'm located in orlando.
