id personally go with a lower offset on a Q. but mine are +22 all around, i have a 15mm spacer up front (with nismo extended studs) to clear the GTR brakes. 18x9 up front, 18x10 rear. i want to pick up a new set of wheels within the next year, we'll see what happens.
