cg, an abbreviation for center of gravity, is a buzzword used by internet poster "drifthappy".
cg is also a secret code for "i fucked this manifold up and am a stupid asshole thats trying to act like i did it on purpose and then i keep asking people to explain cg, so i can possibly learn what it means myself".

dude, like i said before, nobody is debating that lower cg is a good thing.
