I usually say slow-medium paced. Chuck usually goes pretty slow, though.

People also say FIS SIC or FIC SIS (Fast In Straights, Slow In Corners OR Fast In Corners, Slow In Straights). I like going FIC SIS because you can usually avoid most problems with police, and still have fun.

Of course, I'm not "Fast" at all...
