Ok if you want your vtec to work you can always buy the plug at a junkyard and wire it to a switch. You will also need to buy wire and a switch. Grand total of 5-10 dollars right there. Thats if you dont have a p28 ECU. You should check first.

Fixes that issue

So are you sure the freon is leaking from there? Have you tested it with the uv liquid and light? Ive had an short ram intake resting on my AC piping for years with no issue. Most likely your condenser or compressor. Then again im not there, nor can I check through the internet.

VSS wire it up, see if it works... if not get a new vss.

Not hard brotha, all of these things you will have to do on your car. Not on the internet.
Just cuz you wish for things to be fixed, they are not going to fix themselves.
