Get the plug for the vtec solenoid and wire it to your ecu. I bet you dont even have a P28 ecu. Whoever threw that z6 in there did it half ass. Redo VSS wiring. As for A/C it could be lots of shit. Get it diagnosed by someone who knows what they are doing.
