I would say its a complete Cobra top end. 96 - 98 Cobra short block is no stronger then a GT short block. They will both cap out at 425 - 450 hp as the most they will safely hold.
The strength of the short blocks in stock form are comparable but with Forged Internals saying a GT Iron block vs. a Teksid are equal is false!
