I know a lot of people that mix those two words up, and I have high expectations for people that use them.
DOF is totally different term then Bokah
DOF is the portion of a scene that appears sharp in the image
Bokeh referrers to the aesthetic quality of the out-of-focus areas of an image produced by a lens using a shallow DOF
