In terms of the problem you are upset about, no sense in telling us about it. You having a fight with an ex business partner, not our problem, not something we have rules covering, not something we want to get in the middle of, or take sides over. It's just simply not something we can fix for you.

Someone breaking our rules, spamming, harrassing someone in PM's or on the forum, then yeah bring it to our attention, but last time I looked you want me to take your side in a problem that isnt anything to do with us. Sorry I can't fix it for you.
