OP's question was legit and good, I answered it in PM's.. the rest of you with your own problems ruined the thread.

I'm not your mom, I can't stop little johnny from playing with your toys or using your pictures. I am not here to mediate your problems with people on the forum. If someone is breaking the rules, let me/us know. Outside of that, not my job to get in between people and try to work out in PM's who is right and who is wrong, I dont have enough time in the day for that.

and lastly, if you have a problem with not getting mods to do something, PM scnat and copy me on it, make sure you have hit the report button (and put in a message that can be understood) before though. I get emailed on every report, a thread is created in an admin only forum and I check to make sure these are getting actioned.
