I was just talking about rear mounts with a buddy today and it reminded me of something about rear mount and e30's. It has been done before. A guy on bf did a rear mount set up back when i did my top mount in the e30. My set up ended up being cheaper, more efficient (made more power with less boost), and more reliable. Just a little heads up on that.
