are your parents ashamed at your lack of respect for quality, and what a law breaking weirdo you are?

they have been dissapointed by my last legal trouble (DUI, and VOP), but other than that, they kinda have a "live and learn, get it out while you're young motto" being small retarded shit i've done...

as for quality, they could give two shits about what i do with my car... my mom has given me a few pointers on the type of wood flooring that's going in my house... i didn't know there was THAT many options... but i think we're going with the bamboo.. nice, hard, scratch resistant surface...

OH, and the granite counter tops... she kinda helped me pick out the lower/mid/high quality stuff, helped me out with what to look for as far as grain, and marble ribbons or whatever....

never had to design a kitchen layout/house before... there's a shit ton of choices..
