He's getting them from this place batlground, he's selling them at his cost, because he wants to be able to sell them, often when you want to sell a companys products, or get in with a big parts distributor, you have to "buy in" which requires you to buy x amount of a certain product, or xxxxx dollars worth of stuff, after that you wont have to make such large purchases typically, so sometimes companys will do a big sale, often at cost to make the buy in go quick and easy.
