You're on the right track. You do NOTHING to the crank. The cons are it costs money and time

The pros are you get a more solid trans, better gearing, more gearing options, easier to fix, cheaper to fix, etc. Good luck with it and you will want more than 8lbs - 10lbs from a "small" turbo
