As I said earlier.......
Since the first Team Lady Fuel organizational meeting is to choose officers and set plans for the year, they probably want it to be recruits and members-only.

I'm sure that non-members will be welcome at their future functions
....as long as no one is disruptive....same rules that you and I follow when we go to a mostly all-male team meeting....

BTW, I have never heard a female telling a guy that the guy was incompetent, and wishing them failure, but I HAVE heard guys
discouraging females.........

My impression is that they want to get some work done, and don't need
