if i heard it clunking i would of checked it............any car ive ever drove that had anything loose with the caliper or bracket has clunked like hell..........but this made no noise......the bolts must of just been loose and fell out because the new bolts threaded right in........ive since found the passenger rear caliper bolts were cross threaded and jamed in as far as they will go and its not down tight and it also doesnt clunk............my coupe project is turning more and more into a parts car for the hatch every day
