A solution that I see with some Honda drivers is......
they take off their shirts........
I put NASCAR style air ducts in the Lexan rear window
of my Accord......some people refer to it as "Ram-Air conditioning"
....ran the ducting to the seat back to blow on my neck.....feels really good once I hit 70....start feeling it around 20.
Next time I see you, remind me to show you the "ceiling fan"
that I wired up to use as a reversable rear window defroster
when it's not used to cool me.....-Bob
